Ore Factory Squad Cement Recipe: Machine & Inputs

Direct answer: put raw Limestone through the Stone Crusher to make Limestone Blocks, then move the Blocks to the Forming Press and select Cement. Raw Limestone does not skip straight to the Press. For Copper in v1.0.9, do not add Coal.

Our recommendation: use the complete Cement chain below and remove Coal from Copper production in v1.0.9. Check the current machine menu instead of copying an old ratio for other Ingots.

Use this page for the complete Limestone Block → Cement route and the correct Smelting Furnace path for Copper Ingot / Iron Ingot. For products not listed here, read the current machine menu instead of guessing.

Raw Limestone cannot skip the Stone Crusher and enter the Cement recipe directly.

This table begins with completed Limestone Blocks. The complete raw-Limestone-to-Block ratio and Stone Crusher time were not recorded, so the page does not invent a full raw-resource calculation.

The recipe does not produce half a Cement.

Keep some Limestone Blocks

Contracts can request Limestone Blocks directly. Before converting everything:

  1. check accepted contracts;
  2. reserve the exact number of Blocks already required;
  3. convert only the confirmed excess;
  4. keep both Block and Cement pallets in tracked storage.

INGOTSCopper and Iron Ingot Production

The formal product names are:

Do not call them Copper Bars or Iron Bars unless the current UI uses that wording.

Copper and Coal boundary in v1.0.9

The official v1.0.9 announcement says Copper production no longer requires Coal. Use that as a removal of the Copper Coal requirement only.

Do not transfer it to Steel: the earlier official Steel note names Crushed Coal, which is a different item from Raw Coal. This page does not infer Copper ratios, timings, storage capacity, or a new universal input chain.

The same Smelting Furnace can switch between Copper Ingot and Iron Ingot recipes.

Before scaling the line, measure:

Do not assume a 1:1 conversion.

Manual setup checklist

  1. confirm raw Copper or Iron exists in Factory Storage;
  2. activate Metal Processing License #1;
  3. place and open the Smelting Furnace;
  4. select Copper Ingot or Iron Ingot;
  5. enter the desired quantity;
  6. provide a valid output pallet;
  7. press Start;
  8. watch the first correct Ingot appear.

Factory Storage containing Iron does not automatically change an active Copper queue. Stop or finish the earlier queue, then select the new recipe.

Clay Brick, Foam Glass, and Gravestone are valid product or contract terms, but this guide does not yet have a complete current recipe capture for them. They will receive a recipe section or separate page only after recording:

  1. the exact machine;
  2. the exact input stage and quantity;
  3. output quantity;
  4. production time;
  5. unlock requirement;
  6. a completed output pallet.

Until then, check the current machine UI before accepting an order for those products. A related raw material or intermediate stage does not satisfy the finished-product requirement.

SCRAPScrap Is Not a Smelter Recipe

The official Scrap Dealer achievement requires selling 25 pieces of Scrap at the Waste Collection Center.

Do not send Scrap into the Smelting Furnace. Use these city destinations:

The Pallet Packer uses the exact finished stage. It is not an Automatic Pallet System, and it is separate from the warehouse-automation Palletizer.

Which machine makes Cement?

The tested Cement stage uses the Forming Press, with Limestone Blocks produced first by the Stone Crusher.

Is Cement made from ordinary Stone rubble?

The tested input is Limestone Blocks. Do not substitute ordinary Stone.

Is Iron Ore converted 1:1 into Iron Ingots?

Check the ratio in the current Smelting Furnace menu. Do not rely on the old 1:1 claim.

Where are the Clay Brick, Foam Glass, and Gravestone recipes?

Check the current production-machine menu for those products. We will not guess a recipe that can waste your contract materials.
